One of the many benefits of becoming an SMC member is having access to the SMC membership roster.
SMC members are active new-home sales and marketing professionals linked through the Building Industry Association and the National Association of Home Builders to a network of local councils throughout the country. SMC members are builders, sales managers and sales people, marketing directors and researchers, interior and architectural designers, graphic artists, signage specialists, media representatives and editors, advertising and public relations consultants, mortgage brokers, landscapers, and more—virtually everyone who contributes to the sales and marketing effort.
